1. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DriveStats for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for using the app safely and in accordance with all local traffic laws. DriveStats should not be used in any way that distracts you from driving.
3. No Warranty
DriveStats is provided 'as is' without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of GPS tracking or data analysis.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DriveStats and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of the app.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates.
